You can choose the name to be displayed in Catalyst tools that you own or in which you participate, and set an email address at which you want to receive tool notifications.

To update your Catalyst account profile, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Catalyst tools.
2. Click Manage profile in the upper right of the page. You will move to the Profile page.
   The first time you log in to the Catalyst tools with a UW NetID user name and password, you will be taken to the "Profile" page first. Your name and email address will be automatically filled in from the UW Directory. Please verify and update the information.
3. Enter a first name, last name, and email address in the spaces provided.
   The information you provide here will only be displayed in Catalyst tools you own or in which you participate. The email address you provide will be used to send tool notifications and occasional messages regarding tool updates and maintenance outages.
4. Click Save. If you don't want to save your changes, click Cancel. You will return to the Catalyst account page.
