Create a Workspace

With CommonView, you can create an online "workspace" for a class or project, and use it to organize and share files, information, and Catalyst tools.

To create a workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Catalyst account.
  2. On your Catalyst account page, click Create a new workspace (located in the top center of the page under the heading "CommonView"). A form will appear.
  3. Type the name of your workspace in the space provided and click Create, or click Cancel if you do not want to create a workspace. The new workspace will appear in your list of CommonView workspaces.
  4. Click the workspace name to begin working with it.
