Help Center > Peer Review Help Center > Archive a Forum
This document describes how to make and download a complete archive of your Peer Review. The archive will all the participant documents and comments from your Peer Review in HTML format.

Select the Peer Review Forum to Archive

From the Peer Review main menu, click "Make and download an archive of an existing Peer Review". On the next page, select the Peer Review that you would like to archive from the pull-down menu and then click "Next".

Download and Unzip the Archive.

Make sure you have either MacZip (if you are using Mac OS 9), Stuffit Expander 8.0 (if you are using Mac OS X), or WinZip (if you are using a PC) installed on your computer and click "Proceed with Download" to begin downloading your archive. You may be prompted to save the file. Select a location on your hard drive to save the file. Once the download is complete, unzip your archive.

Open your Peer Review Archive.

Once you've unzipped your archive file, you should have a directory containing two items: a document named something similar to "peer_review#.html" and a directory named "pr". Simply open the "peer_review#.html" file in your web browser and you'll see archived copies of your Peer Review. You do not need to open the "pr" directory unless you want to manipulate raw HTML files.
