View Comments on a Reviewed Document
View comments on a reviewed document.
Depending on the configuration selected by the Peer Review owner, comments on the document may or may not appear when the document is first loaded for viewing. You can always view comments by clicking the "Select All" radio button in the frame along the bottom of the page, and then clicking "Update".
You have the ability to view comments from certain participants by selecting their names from the list of participants who have commented on a document. Click "Update" to display these comments.
Clicking on the "Color Key" button displays a key to the participants' colors next to their names in a new window. As more participants sign in, they will be added to the color key.
Comments made at the sentence and paragraph levels will appear in the document, and comments made on the entire document will appear at the end of the document. Comments will appear in the commenting color of their author and always be followed by a superscript number. Clicking on the superscript number will show you the date and time that the comment was submitted and by whom. This information will also appear in a "tool tip" when you run your mouse over the superscript number.
