The SimpleSite enhanced template sets allow you to create global content and global navigation elements that can be easily used on any Web page. Global elements are sets of links, such as the main navigation for your Web site, or pieces of content that you create, such as a banner, that you want to use on more than one Web page.

With global elements you create the content or links just once, and then can choose to use that content or set of links on any Web page. If you need to modify the global content or navigation later, you can edit it once, and all Web pages that use the global content will be updated. Using global content and global navigation thus saves you time and effort when creating and updating your Web site.
